❓ How can I confirm my reservation?

✅ It's so easy! After the reservation is made, you will receive a ticket confirmation e-mail via whatsapp or to your e-mail address. You just have to come here and print out this page to be used on your day. If you don't see a confirmation email in your inbox. Please check your spam box.

❓ What if I lose my ticket?

✅ No need to worry too much! For this, when you receive the confirmation mail or message, we recommend that you write your ticket number on a note paper. With this ticket number, you can join the tours and excursions you have booked. If there is no ticket number, please contact us and rest assured that we will take all necessary actions for you.

❓ Departure location and time?

✅ All you have to do for our organized tours and excursions is to wait at your hotel. We pick you up from the places where you stay at the time determined in the tour program and we return you to the same point at the end of the trip.

❓ Are we being picked up from any hotel or only from certain places?

✅ We pick up and drop off all our guests staying in Marmaris, Icmeler, Turunc and their surroundings from their hotels. If the hotel you have planned is outside of these areas, please contact us when making a reservation.

❓ Do we have to give our room number?

✅ No, you do not need to share the room number. If you give us your name and surname and your contact information, we can find you at the reception of the hotel where you will stay.

❓ Is there a guide service in all your tours?

✅ No, there is no guide service in all our tours. jeep safari, buggy safari, quad safari, horse safari, diving, go-kart etc. We also have instructors or relevant personnel on our tours.
